Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our jewelry delivery.

You can purchase your items online & we will ship them directly to your doorstep.

Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

• Orders may take up to two business days to process.
• All domestic orders are shipped via 2-Day or Next Day Delivery. All deliveries require a signature.
  • If you are not available to sign, we recommend making other arrangements such as delivering to a work address or a neighbor who will be available to sign during the day.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• All international orders will be shipped via DHL and fully insured. All deliveries require a signature.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• For the safety of their drivers and customers during COVID-19, some postal carriers have updated policies to allow a no-contact delivery (even if a signature is required on the package). For residential deliveries, it is recommended to leave a note for the driver to knock or ring the door bell before leaving a package.
• Zaina Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders

• YES, we ship internationally!
• International customers interested in purchasing a customized item online should email us at info@zainafinejewelry.com with the following information:
  • Include the words INTERNATIONAL ORDER INQUIRY - YOUR NAME in the subject line
  • Your name, email, and phone number
  • Item description and quantity
  • Copy and paste the link to the product page on our website
  • Additional details captured on the product page (such as ring size and metal color, where applicable)
  • Shipping Address
• Once received and confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the price of the item + shipping fees.
