POLICIES & CONDITIONS

EXCHANGES:
  • Jewelry once purchased can be exchanged only within 7 days of purchase provided the product is in original purchase condition and displays no evidence of usage. Prior authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Jewelry can be exchanged only once within 7 a days time period.
  • Exchange or upgrade of jewelry is permitted only upon presentation of the original Zaina Fine Jewelry Purchase Invoice or a Proof of Purchase. Prior authorization is required for all exchanges & upgrades.
  • Diamond jewelry can be upgraded to diamond jewelry only.
  • The exchange and upgrade of jewelry does not apply to pearl jewelry or custom order jewelry.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you that it has been received. We will immediately notify you of the status of the return once we have thoroughly inspected the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.

  • Any charges incurred to Zaina Fine Jewelry in the transactions including credit cards will be deductable in the approved refund cases.
  • Refund of amount advanced towards a custom order will not be encouraged under any circumstances.
  • A refund is applicable only within 3 days of purchase in case of an evident manufacturing defect which cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • The following items are not able to be returned/exchanged:
    a. Due to the custom nature of "Made-To-Order" customized pieces, no returns or exchanges are available after purchase.
    b. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
    c. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return items must be sent via DHL overnight or 2-day. It must be fully insured and with a Delivery Confirmation (tracking and proof of shipping). Customer pays return shipping costs. Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items; please refer to the carrier of your choice policies.
  • Client will be refunded full amount, less a 5% restocking fee. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded.)
  • A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks, as items will need to be inspected prior to processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
